Mishmi Takin Kameng Boots in Backpacker
Backpacker magazine in its latest June, 2018 issue declares Mishmi Takin Kameng Hiking Boots as 'Most Breathable Waterproof Boots'. The magazine says, "After a month of hikes, our tester deemed it the most breathable boots she's worn". In addition, the tester found that "the Vibram outsole's Y shaped lugs held fast in mud, and even gripped a thin layer of late-season ice."

Jampui boot is 'Gear of the Week' at Backpacker
Backpacker.com has selected Mishmi Takin Jampui boots as 'Gear of the Week' for the week of June 3rd, 2018. In her review, Erica, the Backpacker tester, said ""On a hike in Brown County State Park in Indiana, temps were in the mid-80s and I undertook multiple stream crossings. But my feet stayed dry from the inside out,". The Jampui’s Vibram Megagrip sole held tight on wet limestone and Erica went on to say, "It performs like a trail runner, but the mid-height cuff made me confident I wouldn't twist an ankle,".
